Flat line on the PCG

If you see a flat line on the PCG in the Eko App while you are auscultating, please check to see if your chestpiece is rotated properly so that the indicator mark is directly under the side of the diaphragm that you’re using. 

If you are still experiencing issues, you may be eligible for a replacement device as long as it’s still covered under the warranty policy.
