This may include mobile phones, tablets, telemedicine carts, desktop computers, and other Bluetooth-enabled devices. Eko endpoints must be able to communicate over the internet to the Eko cloud to use advanced features like live streaming, recording, and analysis. When Eko provides the endpoint hardware for a deployment, the customer’s IT stakeholders should be engaged at least one week prior to the planned go-live date to communicate the settings necessary to connect the Eko endpoint to the Eko cloud.
