The results captured from an Eko AI recording may be saved directly to a patient’s profile from the application. This guide will provide instructions on accessing these recordings in the Eko Institution Dashboard.
By default, patient recordings are only accessible by the user who created the recording. If you wish to view a recording saved by another user, that user must share that patient.
Note: You are unable to share a patient that has already been shared with you by another user. The original creator of the patient recording is given sole ability to share patients.
Users can share Patients with other colleagues for further review. To access a shared Patient, the recipient needs to create their Eko account before they are able to review a Patient’s profile. Once shared on a Patient, any and all recordings that have been saved to that Patient will be visible to the recipient and all future recordings will be accessible by the recipient:
