Reset a live stream link

A live stream link for a site or clinician is always the same URL. It can be shared with many different people, who can save the link and navigate to it anytime they want to listen to the live stream.

You can reset a live stream link for cases when it stops working for unknown reasons or when someone has the link who shouldn’t have access to it. Resetting the link removes access for all participants who currently use it. You’ll need to resend the link to anyone who needs access.

Reset a live stream link

  1. On the navigation bar, click Program Details.

  2. Click either the Sites or Clinicians tab, depending on which type of live stream link you want to reset.

  3. Search or filter for the site or clinician.

  4. On the selected row, click the menu with the three dots on the right, and select Reset Live Stream Link. A confirmation message appears.

  5. Click Reset. The link is reset and access is ended for anyone using it.

  6. Share the new link with participants who need to access it.
