⚠️ Important Note

The engraving service and shipping fees are fully fulfilled at the time of your order and, as a result, are non-refundable when a device is returned.


Return Window

You can return any eligible Eko device or accessory within 30 days of receiving it.


What’s Eligible for Return

  • Devices and accessories purchased directly from ekohealth.com

  • Items that are not engraved


What’s Not Eligible

  • Engraved devices (these are final sale)

  • Devices purchased from Amazon or other third-party resellers — please contact the original seller directly for assistance


Return Shipping Costs

  • If you’re in the United States – Eko covers return shipping

  • If you’re outside the U.S. – you are responsible for return shipping costs


When Will I Get My Refund?

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return

  • Issued to your original payment method

  • If your payment method is no longer active, you’ll need to coordinate with your bank or provider once the refund is released


What Happens to My Eko+ Membership if I Return My Device?

If you return your device and:

  • You’re on a free trial of Eko+ → Manually downgrade to the Free plan before your trial ends to avoid being charged. You’ll keep Eko+ features until the trial expires.

  • You have a paid Eko+ membership → Downgrade before your next billing cycle to avoid another charge. You’ll keep access until the downgrade takes effect.
