Because the CORE 500™ is a sensitive medical device, replacing just the screen is not possible, and therefore, the only option is to replace the entire chestpiece.
Discount on a replacement device
If your CORE 500™ screen breaks, you can be eligible for up to 50% off the purchase of a new CORE 500™ chestpiece within the first year. To help protect your new device, we’ll also include a free chestpiece cover of your choice with the replacement purchase.
How to redeem your discount
1. Submit a request. Contact Eko Support with proof of purchase and a photo of your damaged device.
2. Receive your discount code. Once a qualified purchase is verified, we will provide a unique discount code for 50% off and a link to purchase a new CORE 500™ chestpiece.
3. Choose your free chestpiece cover. Select the cover that best suits your needs to help protect your new device.
4. Purchase your replacement. Use your discount code during checkout from the link provided and receive your savings, and we’ll include your free cover with your order.
