Find Your Serial Number

• The serial number is located behind the chestpiece, on the opposite side of the volume buttons.
• Note: If you have a chestpiece cover, you will need to remove it to see the serial number.
• To view the serial number, gently turn the stethoscope over so that the volume buttons face away from you. The serial number will be printed or etched near the housing of the chestpiece. Starts with (21).

How to Find the Serial Number for Your Headset (Earpiece)

If you need to locate the serial number for your headset assembly (the metal tubes and eartips), it is laser-etched directly onto the metal.

• Locate the Metal Binaural. Look at the grey metal tubes (the binaurals) just above where they connect to the flexible tubing.
• Identify the Laser-Etched Text. On the inside curve of one of the metal tubes, you will see several lines of small text and a tiny QR code.
• Find the (21) Prefix. The serial number is the 9-digit number located immediately after the (21) symbol.

• The serial number is located on the right side of the chestpiece.
• The serial number will be printed or etched on the right side of the chestpiece housing. Starts with the letter "V" followed by a series of numbers. Example: V22C6355607

How to Identify Your Model Number

The model number is not printed on the Littmann CORE Digital Stethoscope. You can identify your model number based on the color of your chestpiece:

• Black chestpiece — Model 8483
• High Polish Rainbow chestpiece — Model 8574
• High Polish Copper chestpiece — Model 8838
• High Polish Mirror chestpiece — Model 8839

The serial number is located on the back of the digital attachment itself, starts with (21).
