75-day return policy for devices

Put Eko’s digital technology to the test in your practice for 75 days, risk-free. Return your qualifying device hassle-free if you’re not satisfied. Qualifying devices purchased directly from Ekohealth.com may be returned within 75 days of the date of receipt.

Once we receive your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email and we’ll issue your refund. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. From time to time, Eko may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, abuse, or unlawful or other manipulative behaviors that entitles Eko to a corresponding counterclaim.

Once funds are released on our end there is nothing we can do further. Please work with your bank or agency for the released funds to post to your account. A refund will be only issued to the original form of payment. If you no longer have access to that payment method you would need to contact the bank or agency to claim the funds after the refund is released.

30-day standard return policy

All other products purchased directly from Ekohealth.com can be returned within 30 days after you receive the product. You'll receive a refund based on the original payment method. Any returns after this period can't be accepted. From time to time, Eko may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, abuse, or unlawful or other manipulative behaviors that entitles Eko to a corresponding counterclaim.

Once we receive your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email and we’ll issue your refund. Your refund will be posted in approximately 1 to 2 weeks.

Return policy for engraved items

Engraved and personalized items are FINAL SALE. We can't accept returns for these items. We'll honor our 2-year warranty for these items, however.

Return and cancellation policy for Eko+ memberships

To start your Eko+ membership free trial, we require your payment information, but you will not be charged until your trial ends. Eko will inform you when your trial is scheduled to end and prior to charging the payment information provided to Eko. Eko offers two Eko+ membership subscription options that you are able to choose; including a monthly subscription or a yearly subscription. For any type of subscription you select, the Eko+ membership will automatically renew until you cancel. By choosing the subscription option, you acknowledge that such paid services have a recurring payment and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

You can cancel the subscription to Eko+ membership at any time for any reason. Any cancellation will take effect at the end of your current automatic renewal term. Your Eko+ membership must be canceled before it renews in order to avoid the next subscription fee. Canceling does not entitle you to a full or pro-rated refund of any paid fees. If you do not cancel before the end of any free trial, your Eko+ membership will automatically renew and you will be charged. Please note all amounts paid are non-refundable.

Eko reserves the right to change our subscription or adjust prices of our Eko+ services. Any changes to your Eko+ services will only take effect following proper notice to you.
