This shipping policy only applies to orders placed through Ekohealth.com. Orders shipping to PO boxes, APO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may take additional time for delivery.

Please note: Typical order processing time does not apply during the holiday season. See holiday order shipping cutoff dates below.

Standard (non-engraved) orders

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Orders placed by 1 p.m. PT Monday through Friday are typically shipped the same day. Any orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day. All transit times are estimated in business days.

To ensure accuracy, engraved and personalized orders may take an additional 3 business days to ship.

Return shipping

Eko covers return shipping for any products purchased within the US and returned within the return policy timeframe. See our return policy.

International shipping

We currently don't sell our products internationally. Please visit our dealer locator to find Eko-friendly dealers worldwide. For any international shipping, the customer must pay for any extra customs fees and taxes.

Bulk orders

Customers must pay for shipping on orders over 10 units. Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing. The cost of shipping bulk orders is calculated in the tables above. Please contact support for assistance with orders over 10 units.
