How long do I have to return my Eko device?

You can return any eligible Eko device or accessory within 30 days of receiving it.


What items are eligible for return?

You may return:

  • Devices and accessories purchased from ekohealth.com

  • Items that are not engraved

You cannot return:

  • Engraved devices (they are final sale)

  • Devices purchased from Amazon or third-party resellers — contact the original seller directly


How do I start a return?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • If you are in the United States, Eko covers return shipping.

  • If you are outside the U.S., you are responsible for return shipping costs.


When will I get my refund?

  • Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • If your payment method is no longer active, you’ll need to work with your bank or provider directly after the refund is released


What happens to my Eko+ membership if I return my device?

If you return your device and…

  • You’re on a free trial of Eko+, you’ll need to manually downgrade to the Free plan before the trial ends to avoid being charged. You’ll retain access to Eko+ features until the trial ends

  • You have a paid Eko+ plan, you’ll need to downgrade before your billing cycle ends to avoid another charge

  • You’ll retain access to Eko+ features until the downgrade takes effect
