How long do I have to return my Eko device?
You can return any eligible Eko device or accessory within 30 days of receiving it.
What items are eligible for return?
You may return:

Devices and accessories purchased from ekohealth.com

Items that are not engraved
You cannot return:

Engraved devices (they are final sale)

Devices purchased from Amazon or third-party resellers — contact the original seller directly

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If you are in the United States, Eko covers return shipping.

If you are outside the U.S., you are responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I get my refund?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days

If your payment method is no longer active, you’ll need to work with your bank or provider directly after the refund is released
What happens to my Eko+ membership if I return my device?
If you return your device and…

You’re on a free trial of Eko+, you’ll need to manually downgrade to the Free plan before the trial ends to avoid being charged. You’ll retain access to Eko+ features until the trial ends

You have a paid Eko+ plan, you’ll need to downgrade before your billing cycle ends to avoid another charge

You’ll retain access to Eko+ features until the downgrade takes effect
