- Hardware and software orders: Orders with an Eko+ membership and other items (e.g., stethoscope, accessories)
- Software-only orders: Orders with just an Eko+ membership
Hardware-only orders
To start a return for a purchase made through Ekohealth.com, please visit returns.ekohealth.com to generate your RMA number and prepaid shipping label.
Your order number is an 8-digit number starting with “E” located in your confirmation email.

Hardware and software orders
If you purchased a stethoscope and an Eko+ membership, you will need to return the stethoscope and cancel the Eko+ membership separately. Follow the below instructions to return your stethoscope and successfully cancel your order.
Step 1: Start a return for your stethoscope and/or accessories
To start a return for a purchase made through Ekohealth.com, please visit returns.ekohealth.com to generate your RMA number and prepaid shipping label.

Step 2: Cancel your Eko+ membership
If you purchased your Eko+ membership on ekohealth.com, you can log in and manage your membership here.
1. Select “Manage Membership” under Manage Eko+ Membership.
2. Enter the email associated with your order and Eko+ membership.
3. Check your email for the login code and enter the code on the Account Login page.
4. From the Account homepage, select “Manage this subscription” below and to the right of the Eko+ icon, or "Manage subscriptions" in the right panel.
5. From here, select “Cancel subscription” to cancel your Eko+ membership. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation.
Software-only orders
If you purchased your Eko+ membership on ekohealth.com, you can log in and manage your membership here.
1. Select “Manage Membership” under Manage Eko+ Membership.
2. Enter the email associated with your order and Eko+ membership.
3. Check your email for the login code and enter the code on the Account Login page.
