Encounters in the Eko App

Encounters unify both assigned and unassigned recordings and guided exams* into one clinical view on the Encounters tab. You can manage Encounters in two ways:

  • On the Encounter summary screen that shows immediately after you take a recording or guided exam* from a New Encounter in the Eko App.
  • From the Encounters tab, where both assigned and unassigned Encounters are located after you close the Encounter summary screen or take a recording from your Eko device.

Encounter Summary

The Encounter summary screen appears immediately after you do a freeform or guided encounter* from a New Encounter.
