Look up an order or print receipt

We've created a tool to help you look up your order(s) so you can see your order status, get tracking information, or print out a receipt for HSA/FSA reimbursement.

1. Find your order history at account.ekohealth.com or look for the “Order Lookup & History” link on the Eko website footer.

 

2. Enter the email used to make the purchase.

 

3. You will immediately get an email with a 6-digit code. A new code is emailed every time you log in, so there's no need to create a password.

 

4. Once logged in, you can:

  • See your order history.
  • See the details of a specific order, including the products ordered, shipping status, and tracking number.
  • Edit your customer profile, including contact information and shipping address.
  • Print order receipt with payment method for HSA/FSA reimbursement. To print, either right click the browser to print and save as a PDF, or take a screenshot of the page.
