Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Navigate to the "Menu" in the Eko App and click on your name/email address.
2. Select "Membership," then select "Manage Eko+ Membership."
3. From here, you'll be directed to a page to manage your membership depending on how/where it was purchased:
If you purchased your Eko+ membership through the Apple App Store, you will see the screen on the left. Otherwise, you'll be taken to the Eko+ Membership Hub (screen on the right) where you can log into your account to manage your membership. You can also manage your subscription from the Apple App Store.
If you purchased your Eko+ membership through the Google Play Store, you will see the screen on the left. Otherwise, you'll be taken to the Eko+ Membership Hub (image on the right) where you can log into your account to manage your membership. You can also manage your subscription from the Google Play Store.
Managing a Membership through the Eko+ Membership Hub
If you purchased your Eko+ membership on our website, you will see this screen. Follow the instructions to make changes to your Eko+ membership.
1. Enter the email address associated with your Eko+ membership.
2. Check your email for the login code and enter the code on the Account Login page.
3. From the Account homepage, select “Manage membership” on the right menu.
4. Click "Downgrade your Eko+ Membership" at the bottom of the page.

How can I change the email address associated with my Eko+ membership?
Unfortunately, you can't change the email address associated with your Eko+ membership. You can downgrade your membership to the free plan and create a new Eko App account with a new email address.
What features are included with the Free plan?
All Eko App users can access the following features:

Do I need an Eko+ membership to use my stethoscope?
No, Eko+ membership isn’t required to use your stethoscope or the Eko App. You’ll still be able to use basic features without a subscription, but Eko+ membership unlocks the Eko App’s full feature set to help you get the most out of your stethoscope
How do I downgrade my plan and request a refund for Eko+?
You can downgrade your Eko+ membership to the free plan anytime. If you're still within your 14-day trial, cancel before it ends to avoid being charged.
