The Eko App is included with the purchase of an Eko digital stethoscope and connects to the stethoscope via Bluetooth.
Eko+ is a paid membership that unlocks unlimited access to the Eko App’s full feature set. With an Eko+ membership, you can access advanced features such as AI-powered AFib detection (DUO™ and CORE 500™ only) and murmur detection, and the ability share encounters via PDF reports and link sharing. Eko App and Eko+ features
Access to the Eko App is included with the purchase of any Eko digital stethoscope. You can access the following features on the Free Plan (no Eko+ membership required):
- Real-time ECG (DUO™ and CORE 500™ only) and PCG
- Wireless listening
- Cardiac, pulmonary, and wide listening modes
- Unlimited saved encounters and playback
- Average heart rate reading
- Over-the-air (OTA) updates
An Eko+ membership offers all features listed above, plus:
- Structural murmur detection supported by Eko AI
- AFib detection supported by Eko AI (DUO™ and CORE 500™ only)
- Sinus tachycardia and sinus bradycardia detection supported by Eko AI
- Guided 4-point exam flow
- Assign patient profiles and tags
- Shareable PDF reports and link sharing
- Web Dashboard access
- First access to new software features

Purchasing an Eko+ membership
Eko+ is offered as an annual membership and can be purchased directly from the Eko app. You can also buy an Eko+ membership through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
If you’re setting up your stethoscope for the first time, you’ll be prompted to start your risk-free trial of Eko+. During your trial, you will have unlimited access to Eko+ features.

Manage your Eko+ membership
You can manage your Eko+ membership and adjust your plan or payment method at any time.
From the Encounters tab, tap your profile in the upper left corner, tap Membership, then select Manage Eko+ Membership. From here, you can downgrade to the Free Plan.
