You can manage or change your Eko+ membership at any time.
Online Purchases
If you purchased your Eko+ membership on ekohealth.com, you can log in and manage your membership here.
1. Select “Manage Membership” under Manage Eko+ Membership.
2. Enter the email associated with your order and Eko+ membership.
3. Check your email for the login code and enter the code on the Account Login page.
4. From the Account homepage, select “Manage this subscription” below and to the right of the Eko+ icon, or “Manage subscriptions” on the right panel.
5. From here, you can change your Eko+ membership by selecting “Swap this for a different product” or cancel your Eko+ membership by selecting “Cancel subscription”.
Note: You can't change the email address associated with your Eko+ membership. If you purchased your Eko+ membership on ekohealth.com, you will need to cancel your Eko+ membership and repurchase with a different email address.
App Store Purchases
If you purchased your Eko+ membership through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you can manage your membership within the Eko App.
1. Navigate to the Menu in the Eko App and click on your name.
2. Select "Subscription" then select "Manage Eko+ Membership."
3. From here, you can change or cancel your Eko+ membership.
Note: You can't change the email address associated with your Eko+ membership. If you purchased your Eko+ membership in the Eko App, you will need to manage your membership directly from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
