Extended Return Window for Holiday Gifting

We want every healthcare professional to have enough time to explore how Eko fits into their clinical routine. That’s why purchases made between November 3, 2025 and December 31, 2025 can be returned through January 31, 2026. Whether it’s a gift or a personal upgrade, we want you to feel confident in your choice.

What is eligible for return?

Non-engraved devices and accessories purchased directly from Eko Health can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Engraving and Shipping

Engraving services and shipping fees are fully fulfilled at the time of your order and, as a result, are non-refundable when a device is returned.

What is not eligible for return?
  • Engraved devices (these sales are final)
  • Devices or accessories purchased from Amazon or other third-party resellers – please contact the seller directly for assistance
What are the shipping costs for a return?

Eko will cover the cost of returns for orders within the United States. Customers with returns outside the United States are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

When will I get refunded after my return is complete?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return, and will be issued to the original payment method. If your payment method is no longer active, you’ll need to coordinate with your bank or provider once the refund is released.

What happens to my Eko+ Membership after returning my device?

You can downgrade your Eko+ membership to the free plan before your free trial ends or before your next billing cycle and still keep all Eko+ features for the remainder of the trial or billing period. Learn more about managing your Eko+ membership and the Eko+ Return and Cancellation Policy.
