We are unable to make changes to an order after being placed. If you wish to make updates to your order after placing it, you will need to cancel the order and make a new one.
You can cancel your order within four hours of it being placed from the order confirmation page and email, or by logging into your account to see your order history.
To begin, click "EDIT ORDER" from the order page.
Then select the reason for cancelling and click "Proceed".
You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been cancelled.
After four hours, your order is already being processed and preparing to ship. You can contact Eko Support and we'll try to cancel your order before it ships, but if unsuccessful, you will need to receive the order then return it to us for a refund.
