If your order was placed within four hours, you can cancel the order and place a new one with the correct shipping address or service.
After four hours, we can attempt to update your shipping address depending on the type of shipping service selected at checkout:
- FedEx 2-Day & Overnight - can be updated after shipping
- USPS Ground - cannot be updated after shipping
Shipping service cannot be changed once the order has begun processing and/or has shipped.
