If you ordered a Silver CORE 500™ stethoscope bundled with a protective case, your case will likely be delivered with the new stethoscope fully assembled inside already (see photo below).
You might've received an email that your case was delivered separately, but rest assured that your case will be in the same package with your stethoscope as seen above. If you find that after opening your order you are still missing the protective case, please contact our support team to let us know.
