The Eko App is designed to work with both iOS and Android platforms and supports a range of Bluetooth-enabled devices and accessories. Below, you’ll find the key compatibility information to help ensure the best experience with your Eko device.
Supported Eko Devices
Both iOS and Android platforms support the following Eko devices:
- CORE 500™
- Littmann® CORE Digital Stethoscope
- CORE™ attachment (2nd gen only)
- DUO™ (2nd gen only)
Device Compatibility by Platform
iOS Requirements
The Eko App works with iPhone, iPad, or iPod models running iOS 18 or newer.
⚠️While older iOS devices may still work, our testing focuses on modern smartphones and tablets, so we can’t guarantee performance on earlier models.
Android Requirements
The Eko App works with most modern Android devices running Android 13 or newer, including popular models from:
Samsung Galaxy series
Google Pixel series
OnePlus, Motorola, and other brands supporting:
Bluetooth 5.0 or higher
A2DP audio streaming

Additional Phone Requirements
- At least 120MB free memory
- Devices must support Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) 4.2 or higher to connect with Eko stethoscopes.
