Free Trial & Auto-Renewal
Once you create an Eko App account and connect your device, you will be prompted to activate your free trial of Eko+. To begin your free trial, we require your payment information — but you will not be charged until the trial ends.

You’ll receive a notification when your trial begins and before your first charge.

Your Eko+ membership will automatically renew annually, unless you later switch to a monthly plan (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).

By subscribing, you agree to recurring payments and accept responsibility for charges until you downgrade.
Downgrades & Cancellations
You may downgrade your Eko+ membership to the Free plan at any time for any reason.

The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

You’ll retain access to Eko+ features until the downgrade takes effect.

To avoid being charged again, downgrade before your billing term ends.
- On the Free plan, you’ll still have access to basic features including real-time visualization and wireless listening.

Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable, except as outlined below:
You’re eligible for a full refund of your first Eko+ membership charge if you return your Eko device within the 30-day device return window and downgrade to the Free plan accordingly.

⚠️ If you purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests must be made through those platforms

By purchasing any Eko product or service, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Eko reserves the right to change membership pricing or terms at any time, with proper notice.
